At Blackbird Mountain Guides, we want you to feel confident in your gear and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original shipping barcode is covered or removed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our mountain crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
